Yes, the names of things in vSwitch1 are confusing but that’s what I was given by the person who helped me…
I think it was done to have vNIC redundancy etc., I don’t know…it’s always “just worked” since early 2008. ☺ ☺
Oh yea…there’s 6 pNICs in each of the two host servers so each vSwitch can have 2 pNICs in it and I read the HP manual where it says not to team the pNICs, just assign 1 pNIC to VSA PC and 1 pNIC to VMK PG…
