Unless I missing something, you cannot set a different teaming configuration per host based since you're using vDS... the Override option that you allowed, means that you can have a different teaming policy from the entire vDS, but not for a specific host.
If using Standard vSwitch you can make a different teaming policy for each Port Groud and Host, but not using vDS.
