I have a VM that is a member of a network in vsphere 5.5 and the VLAN the network is for is the native network VLAN however if I tag the network with the VLAN ID then the VM will stop pinging. Once I remove the tag its starts to ping again. Strange considering that the ID im tagging is the ID of the VLAN that is native to the network the VM is on.
Any ideas?
