I'd suggest you consider two separate/additional network adapters for vMotion, as vMotion can easily saturate the network links, and therefore cause issues with the VMs running on vSwitch0....

Yes, it is configured with same Mgmt Vlan..  One of the DVuplinks to which I have migrated the mgmt Port shows port group but there are no uplinks to the port group

Since you're using Route Based on IP Hash, let me ask you if you're using Port Channel on physical switch and if yes, there is a different port channel for each switch ?
